Where can I view a Lacanche cooker?

Lacanche showrooms are located at Culinary Equipment Company's showrooms and stores in Lanseria, Hyde Park and Stellenbosch.

Visitors are welcome at our showroom and stores without an appointment, and a specialist consultant is always at hand to provide guidance and a quotation as per your final specification. Our Lanseria showroom offers a full spectrum of the range, as well as our warehouse where we store cookers ex stock as well as cookers on special order for customers.

I'm not from South Africa, can I buy my Lacanche from you?

Lacanche South Africa is able to offer sales and after-sales service of Lacanche cookers in the South Africa.

We can also provide curbside delivery in Windhoek, Harare, Gaborone, Maputo and Lusaka.

Can I trial a Lacanche before I buy one?

Yes. We offer a demonstration Lacanche cooker at our Hyde Park showroom and Lanseria showroom. Please contact us to make a booking for a one-on-one demonstration with our chef.

There are so many models, how do I choose?

The Lacanche range has been designed to meet a wide variety of requirements for even the most demanding home cook. Our specialist sales consultants are trained to help determine your requirements and guide you through the various models and options on each Lacanche cooker model. 

You can also build you own cooker with our configurator tool which will allow you to explore all the options and features available in the range. You can then submit the final configuration to us for a quote.

How long will my Lacanche take to arrive?

Culinary holds stock of a wide range of Lacanche cookers which are available immediately. Bespoke orders are manufactured to specification in Lacanche's factory in France. Total lead time for a new order is 14-16 weeks. We also offer loan cookers at a small fee for emergency requirements while cookers are on order. 

Do you assist with the installation of my Lacanche?

Culinary's services for cooker installations includes delivery and commissioning of your cooker in Gauteng (within 200km of Johannesburg), and the Western Cape. We offer curbside delivery to all other locations in South Africa.

Our factory trained technician and assitants will arrive with your cooker and move it into location in your kitchen. You are required by law to arrange for a gas installer and electrician to be present at the time of delivery to connect and certify the installation. We recommending using trusted gas and electrical professionals.

Our technician will then test the connections and provide commplimentary training with you and your staff.

Culinary offers technical support for all Lacanche cookers in South Africa.

) or call us on 010-003-3199 and follow the promts to the Technical Service Department to log your query. 

Please remember to have your cooker details (model) and your account information ready. We usually need the name of the business entity or customer name used when purchasing the cooker to reference your account and warranty status on the cooker.

The service coordinator will give you a case reference number and confirm all the details for your callout or repair.
